Month of September 2021 Positive Case Count

Coastal Pines Technical College remains committed to the health and safety of students and employees, as well as campus visitors. In order to keep the College community informed, CPTC will provide weekly updates on the number of self-reported positive COVID-19 cases.

This page is meant to provide baseline information for the College community and should not be considered scientific data. The College has protocols in place for both employee and student self-reporting and remains in constant contact with local health officials, Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) leadership, and the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) to ensure accurate implementation of the latest health and safety guidelines related to COVID-19.


Personal information will be kept confidential and any notifications made will not include any personal identifiable information. Students, employees, and visitors who have been confirmed positive for COVID-19, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19, are asked to please self-report to CPTC personnel.


The College will only report cases which are positive by those within the College community, including employees, students, and campus visitors. Positive cases are counted based on the date the positive case is reported to the College, not the date of the positive COVID-19 test.The data will be updated each week on Monday by 5:00 p.m. and totals will be shown by month at the end of each month.
