The Coastal Pines Technical College Foundation is pleased to announce the establishment of the Anne Ritch Miller Endowment Fund, a permanent scholarship endowment created through a generous $25,000 gift from Mark Miller of Jesup in memory of his beloved wife, Anne Ritch Miller.
The endowment will provide annual scholarship support to Coastal Pines Technical College students pursuing their educational and career goals. Through this gift, Anne's legacy of service and dedication to others will continue to impact lives for generations to come.
Mrs. Miller devoted her professional career to serving the workforce needs of communities throughout Southeast Georgia. During her tenure with the Department of Labor, she worked in Brunswick, Savannah, Hinesville, and Jesup, helping individuals navigate employment opportunities and workforce resources. Her commitment to assisting others in finding meaningful work made a lasting impression on countless individuals and families.
Reflecting on his wife's life and career, Mark Miller described Anne as "a good judge of character" and "the nicest person you will ever meet." He shared that she genuinely cared for the people she served, working daily with individuals seeking employment, guidance, and assistance through the Department of Labor.
The Anne Ritch Miller Endowment Fund was established to honor those values and continue her lifelong mission of helping others build brighter futures.
