CPTC Foundation Announces Four New Board of Trustees

The CPTC Foundation is proud to announce four new additions to the CPTC Foundation Board of Trustees!

The CPTC (Coastal Pines Technical College) Foundation is pleased to announce four new additions to the CPTC Foundation Board of Trustees!

Mr. Jay Lassiter is a lifelong resident of St. Mary's where he founded a small business called IDS Alarm Services. He currently still owns and operates this business that serves Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. He sits on several local Boards and has extensive contacts throughout the St. Marys-Camden community.

Mr. Bob Miller joins our Board with a long history of community service in the Brunswick-Golden Isles area. He retired in 2023 from International Auto Processing, Inc and currently serves on several Boards in the Glynn community.

Mr. Brent James comes to the Foundation Board with 29 years of service with the Georgia Power Company where he currently holds the role of Area Manager in Ware County. Outside of his daily operational role, he also serves on various Boards and Civic Clubs in Ware, Pierce, Bacon, Coffee, Charlton, Atkinson, Brantley, and Clinch Counties.

Mr. John McNeil from Camden County joins the Board to represent Camden County. John currently serves as the Community Manager at Georgia's Own Credit Union as well as a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson licensee with St. Mary's Realty. Mr. McNeil also has ties in the community through his service to a number of Boards and Civic Clubs.

The CPTC Foundation Board of Trustees is comprised of business and community leaders from Southeast Georgia who volunteer their time, talents, and support to promote technical education and raise funds for students and programs.
