CPTC Foundation Hosts 9th Annual Sporting Clays Tournament

The Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) Foundation hosted the 9th annual Sporting Clays Tournament on May 4, 2024, at the Dorchester Shooting Preserve in Midway, Ga. There were 22 teams participating in the event, and over $20,000 was raised for student scholarships.

Winners were chosen based on Lewis Class rules and were split into two brackets. For bracket A, 1st place was JM Miles, 2nd place was Enviva, and 3rd place Darien Telephone. Bracket B winners were International Auto Processing in 1st place, Cogdell & Mendrala Architects in 2nd place, and King & Prince Seafood in 3rd place. Top female shooter, top youth shooter, and oldest shooter were recognized as well.

The 10th Annual Sporting Clays Tournament is scheduled for spring 2025 at the Dorchester Shooting Preserve. For more information on this event and the CPTC Foundation, visit www.coastalpines.edu.
