The Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) Foundation recently sold its George Street property to Waycross Heating and Cooling. This established Waycross business will soon be relocating its headquarters to George Street for its operations.
Waycross Heating and Cooling has a unique tie to our college aside from purchasing the property from the Foundation. Jeffrey Wade, owner, and Jordan Cason, employee, are both former students at the college when it was Okefenokee Technical College (OTC). Both of these distinguished men took classes at OTC and graduated from the HVAC program.
“We are excited to be neighbors and plan on working with the college in the future to hire more CPTC graduates.”, stated Waycross Heating and Cooling owner Wade.
