Heather Magnotti, Associate of Science Nursing (ASN) student, on the Jesup Campus recently received a MORE Scholarship awarded by the Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) Foundation for the fall semester. CPTC Foundation Trustee Miriam Murray presented the check to Heather. Ms. Murray is a longtime Trustee of the CPTC Foundation where she serves as the Secretary as well as a member of the MORE Committee that helped to raise these scholarship funds.
The MORE Scholarship was created by a group of volunteers from Wayne County who raised funds for the Altamaha Technical College Foundation, now the Coastal Pines Technical College Foundation. These funds were to be used to assist students at the College with tuition and other program expenses. CPTC Foundation's priority is to offer scholarship assistance to students at Coastal Pines Technical College each semester.
