Coastal Pines is proud to recognize Jordan Cason as its Alumni of the Year.

Jordan Cason is a 2013 graduate of Ware County High School and a former Dual Enrollment student at Okefenokee Technical College (OTC), now Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC), where he started the Air Conditioning Technology program. After graduating high school, he continued his education at Okefenokee Technical College and completed his program requirements in December 2013. During his time at the college, Jordan also earned his EPA certification, further establishing his credentials in the HVAC field.

Jordan began his professional journey with Waycross Heating and Air in late 2013. By 2017, his hard work and dedication led him to take on a leadership role within the company. That same year, he obtained his State Contractor’s license, along with his Non-restricted Conditioned Air Contractor license, solidifying his position as a leader in the industry.

In 2023, Jordan became a partner at Waycross Heating and Air. Under his leadership, the company purchased the George St. property from the CPTC Foundation, with plans to relocate the business and become neighbors with Coastal Pines.

Jordan envisions further development of the property, with the intention of establishing additional businesses on the site. By the end of 2024, Jordan will become the sole owner of Waycross Heating and Air, acquiring full ownership from his partner, Jeff Wade.

Jordan married his high school sweetheart, Erin, in 2014. Together, they have two children, Xander, age 7, and Xoe, age 3. Jordan's strong family values and deep ties to his community reflect his commitment to both his personal and professional growth.

Jordan’s journey from a dedicated student to a successful business owner highlights his leadership, ambition, and community-focused vision. None of this would have been possible without starting his journey with the Dual Enrollment program at Coastal Pines Technical College.
