WHAT IS A CORPORATE ADMIN PORTAL (CAP) AND A CORPORATE LEARNER PORTAL (CLP)?
A customized Corporate Admin Portal (CAP) may be created for you to access information related to your organization’s employee training through CPTC Economic Development.
- Manage Members – Change employee contact information or remove employees from the group
- Academic History – View upcoming or completed courses for each employee
- Reservation History – CPTC may reserve seats for your employees and you may assign these seats to employee names
- Browse Offerings – Browse courses that available for enrollment through the portal
- Requires a selection of specific courses or all courses to be made available to your employees

- Account History – View purchases or payments
- Invoices – Select transactions to pay online by credit card
A customized Corporate Learner Portal (CLP) may be created for your employees to self-enroll in specific CPTC Economic Development courses that you have selected and this information is available to you through the CAP.
LOGGING IN
- You should have been provided with your CAP webpage address
- If not, then please contact psnell@coastalpines.edu
- User Name should be your email address but you may click on Forgot User Name to have it emailed to you
- You should have received an email with a time sensitive link to set your password but if the link expired, then click on Forgot Password for another email to be sent to you with a time sensitive link to set your password
ADDING EMPLOYEES
- Use Add Member to add new employees
- Complete all fields marked with an asterisk
- First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone number, Address
- Email address field must be unique for each student. You may use a fictitious email such as youremailaddress+1@yourcompany.com
- Click Save
- Go to Manage Members to make changes
ENROLLING EMPLOYEES
- Browse Offerings to select a course
- Click Add/Remove Members to select the employees to enroll in a course
- Click Checkout
- Once you complete the checkout an enrollment email will be sent to the email listed for each student
