The health and safety of our students, faculty, and staff is always our first priority. From the onset of the pandemic in Georgia, Coastal Pines has followed COVID-19 guidance from the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and will continue to do so. Coastal Pines continues to monitor ongoing developments and will update this web page accordingly.

As of Monday, November 14, 2022, we are no longer requesting reporting of nor providing guidelines for COVID. Students and staff should follow their doctor recommendations.

Coastal Pines Technical College ASN Program Receives Full Approval

The Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) Associate of Science Nursing (ASN) Program was awarded full program approval at the September 15, 2021 Georgia Board of Nursing Meeting. This approval comes after the College had a successful first year cohort of associate degree graduates in May 2021. Coastal Pines Technical College’s ASN Program Receives ACEN Candidacy Status

The Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) Associate of Science Nursing (ASN) Program was recently awarded Candidacy Status from the Accreditation Commissions for Education in Nursing (ACEN). The program received this status on January 11, 2021, which will last for two years before expiring in 2023.
