Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) is excited to announce the completion of the 3rd class of the Stingray Leadership Academy. Thirteen of our awesome faculty and staff completed this internal leadership program. The Stingray Leadership Academy is an internal leadership program created and adopted by CPTC to expose employees to various divisions of the college, its daily functions, the budget process, enrollment, and more to prepare employees for potential internal promotion. There are two previous classes of SLA graduates that have completed the program and many completers have applied for internal roles and have moved up into leadership positions with the college.
