Refunds may be issued for requests that are received at least seven days prior to the first day of class. There are no refunds for requests that are received within seven days prior to the first day of class. Refunds will be automatically issued for any cancellations made by CPTC. Exception – EKG, Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant, Billing and Coding, Medical Assistant, and Phlebotomy Tech on campus only require at least 10 days.
CPTC Continuing Education offers two forms of financial aid. Please note that CPTC does not endorse any specific student loan providers. Below is only one of many options. You are encouraged to research other options for noncredit student loans.
